I was just having a conversation earlier today with Jonathan and Allison about how it feels somehow wrong to be rude to AI assistants. Like if we ask something of a computer that is impersonating a human, we owe it a “please” and “thank you.”

I think our basic rules of manners and ethics are going to have to be re-written over the next couple decades. It’s fascinating!
